Welcome to my personal hell.
I have been trying for weeks to get this assignment handed in, and after more than five trips to the laser cutter and repeated failures, this was the best result I was able to create even with the help of the laser cutter.
Here is a look at the board with the rails and preliminary truck bases installed. I wasn't able to get clean folds due to my ogre hands that lack the dexterity required to make nice folds even with the help of the score marks.

This is the only shot of the board that I am somewhat proud of, even though the folds are clearly not neat at least it finally sort of resembles a skateboard. :| :(
Here are some more shots of it assembled. Unfortunately the wheel design I had is also terrible and I wasn't able to mount them anyways because the bearings crumbled so unfortunately this is a skateboard that is immobile for the moment.
Added some "grip tape" on top for aesthetics.

This is a photo of all the laser cut pieces before I absolutely destroyed them with my clumsiness (even though I tried really hard to be delicate and patient with the craftsmanship, it is just not within my wheelhouse I guess.) Back to the drawing board, I am going to increase the size of the wheels as well as the bearings and hopefully get some help from Bryan in regards to how I should redesign them - if that is not possible I will still do my best to recreate them on my own, so stay posted for another weird attempt at this skateboard design. I really let myself down on this one and I wish I could say I didn't lose many hours of sleep trying to get this accomplished but I would be lying.
You really gave yourself quite a challenge with this one!
